The Samenmais Corporation™ is a privately-held, certified woman-owned corporation formed in September 2007.
The Samenmais mission is to provide the business community with the highest quality web-based training available through quality teaching, user-friendly access, reliable and professional technical support, and unparalleled customer service and to earn a fair profit for our employee-owners and stakeholders by embracing sound, ethical business practices.
As a first step to fulfilling that mission, Samenmais founder, M Sanders, assembled a generationally-diverse team to combine the work and education experience of the mature generation with the technology savvy of the younger work generation. The result is a unique teaching-training product that combines teaching and training of solid business practices with animation, storytelling and interactive involvement of the user/customer.
"Samenmais" is a word that means seed corn (or grain). In the past, farmers saved a choice portion of their crop each year to replant in the following season. Thus, farmers reinvested a portion of this year's crop in next year's harvest. The same applies for business. Wise business owners and managers invest a portion of this year's profit in next year's income by using some of the profits for teaching and training their staff.
M Marie Sanders
Ms. Sanders, owner of 100% of the corporate stock, holds an MBA and a Doctorate and has 30 years of business experience in privately held businesses and non-profit organizations. She is a professor for the University of Central Oklahoma teaching undergraduate and MBA classes in the college of business and holds Real Estate Broker licenses in two U.S. states.
Gretchen R. Minchew
Ms. Minchew holds a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration). Her professional certifications include Software Development Life Cycle Management, Quality Analyst (CQA) and Project Management Professional. Her professional career includes over 30 years of management and supervision with well-known companies such as AT&T, Bell Laboratories (BELLCORE), Verizon and Information Retrieval Methods.
Matt E. Milburn
Mr. Milburn is an experienced web developer and the co-founder of the graphic design and web development company, Wave Motion Studios. While self-taught in the area of web development, Matt has studied graphic design at Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma. Matt has worked as a web programmer for the Administration of UCO for four years. Throughout his career, Matt has gained much experience working on several unique, web-related projects for various clients in the Oklahoma City and Dallas areas.
William H. Maker
Mr. Maker graduated from the University of Oklahoma majoring in Mathematics in May 2008. William has extensive training and experience in multiple operating systems and languages including Linux, Unix, Microsoft Windows, MySQL, C++, HTML, PHP and others. He has utilized his education and skills working for the University of Central Oklahoma, Hertz Corporation and others.
